hi, the play/pause etc keys on my keyboard stopped working after I scanned the pc with uniblue software (SpeedUpMyPc 2009 and RegBooster 2009). I have no idea how to fix this. I tried turning the "F mode" on and off but that didn't help. I've contacted uniblue support but they were unable to help me - now they are not even answering my emails. Does anyone know how to fix this?

P.S sorry if this is a wrong place for this
