Ive been checking sites lately that tell us the best freeware programs. Spyware Doctor is currently number 1 because of its real time scanning. I would just wana ask, since its realtime protection? Is spyware doctor a resource hog that will slow my system considerably?

If so, what other good and FREE antispyware programs are there that offer real time protection?

ADAWARE AND SPYBOT DOESNT OFFER REAL TIME PROTECTION RYT?

Spybot does with it's resident teatimer. Ad-Aware doesn't unless you upgrade to the paid version. I would go with Spyware Doctor Starter, it has limited real time protection, though so you may want to perform full scans more frequently.
