    strange firefox problem

    strange problem, not sure if its win 7 related. anytime i press enter/return when using firefox 3.5.5, including when i am writing now, the "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Power Options\Edit Plan Settings'' window opens up. i will try to re-install firefox but anyone else seen this? :confused: :confused: :confused:

    I would not be so certain if this is an FF problem. Did you install any programs for managing power options on your computer (programs from the computer manufacturer probably?)

    @Szadzik: yes, youre right. same in explorer now when renaming a file. i will have a look through recently loaded apps. win7 has been ok on here for a long time.

    First of all check any as that could have some hot key shortcuts set up. One of them may have set up a shortcut that does it.

    boy, this is really p%$#@% me off. same in word, and excel. its almost unusable now. maybe recover a backup. not even sure what to search for on google.
