When my computer is on, my cpu spikes to 100% every 3-4 seconds on and off. I've figured out that svchost.exe is causing this problem but i don't know how to fix. Any useful help will get rep. HELP!

Open up the Run Window (WinKey + R)

    Type "services.msc" and click OK

    Scroll down to "Workstation"

    Double click it

    Disable it

    Reboot

    Hope that helps.
