    the Vista Ultimate retail version has both 32 and 64 bit versions are on the disk right?

    so if I install it as 32bit vista, can I use the same install disk later to upgrade to 64 bit?

    Retail Ultimate 64 comes with two discs, one is for 32 bit and the other is 64 bit. You go from 32 to 64 bit versions.

    There is no upgrade though. The 64 bit has to be a clean install.
