    being attacked by virus
had run eset nod 32 and trojan remover without benefit (found in cached java folder trojan but could not be removed)
found folders in drive D not accessible then i enter the security option and removed the new user 00000000
what should i do now!!! if i install new windows will remove anything even in drive D (not local disc)

Do you know which virus? What exactly is it doing?

If you can identify the virus or give a screeny or something it will make it much much easier to remove.

can you remove HDD, then put it into another PC/Laptop or friends computer then run a virus program on it?

I found this the best way to kill a virus dead, Whilst you are using the infected drive its hard to stop it spreading.

That's unnecessary for a trojan. It would be far easier to just boot into linux.

edit: Though there's no reason to jump right to that, you can remove a trojan manually and it'll probably be quite easy.

No idea what it is yet. Most people don't know how to classify trojan or virus.

How did the hacker know your email address?

Why did it become heavy? I don't get that bit.
