    i know you can compress a 700mb movie file into smaller numerous files,but how can i compress the 700mb file into 1 smaller file and wots the smallest that one file can be. cheers

    A 700MB video file is already so compressed as it is that WinRAR isn't going to shrink it much for you. You might be able to squeeze off a tiny amount (maybe 5 or 10%) using 7-ZIP, but you'd be lucky to do so.

    If you want it to be significantly smaller you'd need to reduce the quality of the video using a converter program.
