hi i've been using the uxtheme patch to change the appearance of my desktop rather then stylexp or windowblinds and last night i just updated to sp3 and a friend of mine told me already that uxtheme will not be compatible with sp3 but i didn't uninstall uxtheme before updating and i just updated and after it was complete my friend was right my appearance went back to the windows classic appearance i used before

    so now my question is
did the update automatically uninstall uxtheme for me? or is it still in the system therefore i want to get rid of it

    thanks in advance

Thread moved to Windows OS and Software.

The update replaced your old uxtheme. You're going to need the newer SP3 uxtheme.
