I am watching some youtube videos that their subtitle text at the bottom are very small. I can't read it as I sit away from the screen.
Any virus-free and adware-free screen magnifier that can configure to magnify only a portion?

Default windows magnifier will magnify everything

This won't really answer the original question but on YouTube, you can increase the font size to up to 400% .
    Click the cog icon > Subtitles/CC > Options > Font size .

There are other accessibility options to play with, so see if this helps.
