What are the price differences and where is 64 bit available?

i checked dell but they don't seem to offer 64 bit which i thought was dumb because they offer 4GB RAM.....

there is no price difference because a 32bit serial key will work on 64bit using the same version of course(basic, premium, ultimate). You just need to get a hold of a 64bit install disk
