when i press slide show in windows photo gallery the shown image is blurred and has lower quality than the real one shown in standard viewing mode. This happens especially with high quality wallpapers. its not question of flat panel scaling as native resolution wallpapers also show the same trouble. the slide show image is really blurry and ugly. does anyone experience this trouble. is there any solution. I use windows vista 32 bit home basic.

I'm not sure if this is available in home basic but there is such a thing as "themes" in my vista slide show and sometimes one of the themes down scales the image and makes it look bad.
It puts it in a frame and such which his smaller than the screen, sometimes even if the image is my native resolution it makes it look bad.
Do you have a theme? -
This is Window's fault - they take images and blow them out of proportion to fit them to some unknown idea of what size they should be.

Umm since this thread is about Windows slideshow I want to know is there some way that the slideshow will view the image in zoomed mode so that I can read small texts, or if there is no way to do it is there a program that does it.
Thanks -
