hi guys,i wanted to ask you experts,
i installed vista ultimate code on my 1 yr old desktop, exactly same softwares loaded, norton 2007 internet security, internet download manager, adobe acrobat and ms office.this old desktop is running only 40 to 45 processes
and my new vaio fz 140 is running vista premiun and having 66 to 70 processes running.
i feel performance must be hampered on vaio due to all bloatware of sony but i did remove quite a bit of it.
can you guide me through vista re install.
i have vista install dvd and and vaio recovery dvd's.
my question is, all drivers are stored on recovery disk right.?so can i put my vista install dvd and proceed with install and then after install is done, proceed with drivers from recovery disk or shall i download drivers from my model specific siny support page?
    kindly guide me.
    Dr.Pratik.

yea but even if you just do that you'll still have some files left behind and also stuff leftover in the registry. unless that doesn't bother you
