    vista taskbar wont be transparent or change color

    ok, well my title says it all, the start menu is transparent and red-ish (how i like it) and my windows are, but the task bar is black no transparency, like in vista basic. i know it worked before, but for a month i decided i wanted to use the vista basic look, but tonight i decided to change back, and the task bar isn't any different. HELP!

    Right click on your desktop, go to properties, Then Window Color Appearance and Apperance, then Go from there.
