    Heey guys i have an acer aspire 4720z
    here are the specs

    Operating System
    windows 7 32 bit

    can i run mac os x leopard on it? if so which prepatched mac os x iso would work best with installing?

    No, you cannot. Installing the Mac OS on non-Apple branded hardware is a violation of Apple's EULA.
