Shadowfate Wala pa rin ako maisip e.
Yes pick the ones that you do not really need. Most likely Temporary Files and Memory Dumps.

are they all safe to clean up?

Yes, all of them are safe to clean up.

whats "hibernation file cleaner"?..i have 2.97 gb of stuff there
-
Whenever you use hibernation, it stores files on your HD for when it wakes up. After you come back from hibernation and save your open files, these hibernation files are no longer needed. AFAIK.

You're welcome. Be sure to post if you have any more questions.

The hibernation file is needed. Its size depends on the size of your RAM.
If you delete it, hibernation will no longer work and the option will be hidden, until you enable it again via a command line switch.
As far as i know, there is no GUI option for this. (For the command, that reenables it, just google.) -
I wasn't completely sure, that's why i said "AFAIK". Sorry to the OP if he needed it and deleted it because of what i said.
