    1. i just wanna ask what is the minimum specs to run visual studio 2005 on a notebook?

    2. is it possible to run visual studio 2005 on a notebook and function smooth on it?

    3. what brand would you recommand for using this software?

    Any of the currently sold notebooks can run Visual Studio 2005. The requirments are pretty low. It just doesnt run very well under Vista so try to get XP. Get a dual core prozessor and lots of ram so you can run a VM.

    Another question, is 1 gig of memory enough to run the processing? i would like to do a little ASP. net processing on this notebook. by the way, does the processor play a major role in smooth pragramming? do i have to get a 2.0 Ghz or 1.83 Ghz is enough already?

    basically, if your computer can run XP, it could run visual studios
