    Hello I have questions

1 Is there any, and what is the most powerful and universal tool to download streaming video that is probably intended NOT to be downloaded but streaming only?

2 Is there any way to make a web streaming video the most difficult to be downloaded?

(except shooting the computer screen directly with a video recorder)

If a user can read the content, a user can copy it.

The best way to stop someone from grabbing a copy of a stream is to never provide them the stream in the first place.

What kinda tool are you asking about CIA tools? This is so general and without a site for anyone to know what your asking this is like screaming into the wild expecting a answer.

Look at Netflix streaming services they surely make it hard with Region locks and DRM the software so unless your a member you can't access their site. So it can be done it's do you have the financial means to implement such ELUA and TOS agreements.

It can be done by forcing or making you to be a subscribing member - they can track what you watch and since you signed their ELUA that if you violate the TOS then can use legal matters on you.

Agreed with watch TOS etc.. I use mine for youtube and the like but again only for personal use and where I am not violating copyright DRM or other known violations.

Easiest way is to use ShadowPlay, MSI Afterburner, FRAPS, or any other desktop capture software.

Or even packet sniffing, if they don't bother encrypting the data stream.
