I mean, the software can intelligently scroll down the web page and capture everything from top to the bottom, yes the image will be very "long" but I don't mind.
Is there any such software? Freeware?

Try pdfFactory. I find it usually does a good job of turning a long web page into a PDF file. It has a preview stage before writing the PDF file which is useful for making it easy to delete any unwanted pages. There is a free version which puts a footer at the bottom of each page.

Creating a PDF file is one option but how good depends on the PDF creator software and how the web page is coded. It's often necessary to try several different ways of creating a PDF file and seeing which works best for the particular web page. Another option which might work is Ctrl-A (select everything), Ctrl-C (copy) and then paste into Word. -
I have been using Greenshot for years to capture a scrolling web page.

FastStone Capture does this which I use all the time, you click on an area on the page and it starts scrolling automatically till the end to capture the whole thing. Then you can easily edit it or just save. It's not free though but worth every penny.
what is the software that can capture the whole page?
