I’m not 100% sure, but the first DoS part indicates some sort of a Denial-of-Service attack. Which means, someone is continuously sending you network requests trying to exhaust your network resources and slow down the connection.
I guess if the firewall detected the attack, it would most probably block that IP to prevent any loss. -
I don't know if this link would shed any light on it, I've just read a small portion and there is a section on defending against SNYFlood attacks. Could be worth a read?

interesting that it's coming from a LAN address though. You might want to find out which computer 10.0.2.52 is, and get it scanned for viruses.
