From experience here in the forum, the most reliable bloatware free OS is from Ultra Male as he test the OS before sharing. His debloated OS is not extreme compared to Sixor. Ultra Male has not made a new one and he removed the links of his previous work. I am assuming/hoping that when the new Windows 10 19H2(AKA 1909) will release and MSMG will successful fix there program that won't have issues making a debloated ISO, Ultra Male will share his work again. ^_^

Ultra Male/ Phoenix made this guide. It's old and I don't know how to use the program as I did not try due to lack of time and I have a weak Laptop.
    Hope that helps.
    Edit:
Oh also I don't know what to look for if the OS I made would work properly or something is broken that I wouldn't know. ^_^

works properly as long as you use suggested iso image as new 1903 keeps reinstalling removed apps when you update. this is what developer said
    (OP)
Yes in that case it will be useful but you need to keep in mind that the current ToolKit will only work with v1809 (10.0.17763.1) and v1903 (10.0.18362.1, 10.0.18362.30) source images.

Haven't still tried with integrating updates post component removal to know whether it will restore the component or not for v1903.

As far as with v1809 there are no issues with component removal and using the WU.

I did make one for v1803 and v1809 but not all UWP are removed since I prefer a W10 image that's suited for everyone and not just like enthuasiasts. Its fast and takes up less space than stock OS. Takes around 9GB after netfx3.5 is installed and w/o netfx3 it takes up 8.65GB of space.

This is what I am looking for, Ultra Males releases are perfect and what I have been using for the last year.

Now Windows has decided all on its own to update to the latest version and put Windows Defender, Edge, Skype and all sorts on there and the machine is running so slow and sluggish.

I am going to need to reformat and reinstall so I am needing to find the current version from Ultra Male to do it with.

Does anyone have a link to the post please with it in or has one not been released?

Spend under $5 USD on LTSC and you will not need to worry about UWP feces ever again. There is none of the butt-crust bloatware filth. Not even Micro$loth store is resident, so you don't have to worry about some dumb-dumb using your computer inadvertently importing any digi-cancer while your back is turned. And, you won't have to worry about drive-by version updates by the Redmond Mafia screwing things up. There is no new version to update to... it's LTSC. No ISO modding or toolkit required... no fuss, no muss.

Can Home users and small business users use LTSC version? Is it Legal? I did find some nice deals on Win 10 pro for same amount.

I've been doing it for a long time and it works. No special activation tricks, just activate by phone the same as I do Windows 7 and other versions of Windows 10. No issues here. The Redmond Retards are not stopping or interfering with it. So, I don't know the answer to the second question and, quite frankly, it wouldn't change anything even if I did. Pro is still chock full of UWP cancer bloatware and so is regular Enterprise (non-LTSC). Although, I think (don't quote me on it, just assuming,) the Enterprise versions have a bit less of the telemetry filth.

Maybe our Bavarian Brothers will put the smack-down on the Digi-Nazis by getting a $4B USD judgment for privacy violations and nobody will need to think about telemetry in the near future.

Then its better but UWD driver framework is making me think twice because most of my drivers are UWD which makes things worse. Maybe I'll buy one for older PC which can't run UWP bloatware since most driver framework are still Win32.

Why is that? Does your hardware not have normal driver support? (I know some of the newest and suckiest hardware, especially for notebooks, is that way because the OEMs are in cahoots with the Redmond Mafia, and support their arm-twisting bullcrap.) I avoid all UWD/P rubbish as much as possible, and DCH drivers, and in many cases the drivers I use are the same drivers as W7, or unsigned/modded drivers.

The drivers are not updated anymore and most Optimus stuttering and other crap are fixed in DCH releases thereby forcing me to stick with it. If I could find some hacked Win32 I'd have moved over to LTSC since I've migrated all my dead UWP apps to standard Win32 apps and waved them goodbye. Took some effort but it was worth it since Win32 looked more superior and stable than UWP.

    @raptorddd

Just created a new de-bloated ISO for Windows 10 Build 1903

No Windows Defender, No System Restore, No Cortana, None of the useless Windows Store and system apps, no smart screen defender, integrated DirectX 9, .NET 3.5, Win32 Calculator (from Windows 7), activated the old Windows Photo Viewer, and lots of other tweaks

I didn't test the ISO personally but I will install it now it took me 2 hours to complete this as I was very careful about each thing I was removing.

I left Telemetry though because removing Telemetry will break the Microsoft Store

Download Ultra Male Windows 10 1903 De-Bloated ISO
