...sorry can't update the title that had to be: from 1703 to 1709

    Hi guys,
    just forced yesterday the updagrade.
everything went fine (almost). there is a constant short "stop" no matter what I'm doing but there is, everytime every where. also now when i'm writing there is a small "stop"....
tried to update the new nvidia driver but nothing changed.

any idea of what has happened.

already tried to disable cortana but no change...

    thanks
    ciao

It is advisable to update all drivers before doing such a big update. No harm done, try to look for updated drivers for as many components as you can like WLAN, LAN, Bluetooth, Card Reader, etc...

A lot of the drivers in this thread may work for you as many of them are from Intel, Realtek, etc......

So what else do you want the rest of us to do here? I didn't do what you did but I did a clean install of 1709 and so far no problem besides having to bring back "Control Panel". So you need to give more if you need help here.

Nothing other than a clean install would work here. Backup your data then install this: http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/windows-10-bloatware-free-edition.804247/

    Ok Phoenix thanks
I wanted to avoid the clean install but it is always the best (and quick)way to solve this kind of problems...
