is there by any chance a list or compendium of these applications out?

I'm looking for my upcoming np8662 and windows 7 and I don't want to have to be stuck in "32-bit emulation mode".

    Any help would be appreciated

why? the "emulation mode" is just the same as if you would install win7 in 32bit: working at full speed.

it's not like apps not made for 64bit really need a 64bit version anyways.

the only important thing is drivers. you won't notice a difference between a 32bit app and a 64bit app anyways (except once it is one of the apps that uses much memory, like photoshop).
