    i upgraded my w7 64bit home to 64bit pro.
    i got a new key with the upgrade.
    can i use my 64bit home registration key to install w7 64bit home on another comp?

    If the key came with your computer, no. Those are OEM keys that are legally tied to the original system. If it is an upgrade, also no...you "traded" the license in for that upgrade.
