    Hey, can anyone recommend a adware/spyware free desktop time/date/weather widget?

    I'm want to find something that can be resized making it easy to see while creating a sort of a tablet experience on my desktop win7. Thanks

    HTCHome. It's the HTC clocks with weather and date. I've always used it as I've been impartial to the HTC flip clock (my nostalgia tumor has grown to epic proportions).

    It appears that the website was registered in Australia but the servers are in Russia. And since a lot of malware and virus's originate from Russian servers, I would stay away from that widget.

    Just because the home site is on Russian servers does not mean the widget itself is automatically viral or adware. Plus, there are other places to download it...would you feel better if it were downloaded from Softonic or something?

    OP, I would encourage you to judge a widget by its look and functionality rather than what country the server it's stored on is from.
