So, I went into msconfig, and turned off some programs that I don't use. Now every time I restart my computer this message in a bubble pops up:
"Windows has blocked some start up programs. Windows blocks programs that require permission to run when Windows Starts. Click to view blocked programs."
So I click the bubble and I get a mini menu that pops up saying "Show or remove blocked startup programs, run blocked program, view help, and exit." The only blocked program is System Configuration Utility. After I click on it, a window pops up asking me whether to continue or not, a regular UAC window. After I say "okay" msconfig opens up.
So is there anyway to get rid of this annoying little bubble? I'm guessing if I turn UAC off, but then this message keeps popping up for UAC when I turn it off.
So, anyway to turn it off?
Thanks in advance.
