    "windows has blocked startup program" notification problem

    I want to get rid of this thing, but one of the solutions I have found was, when the balloon pops up, to click on it and do some other stuff. But when I do click on it, it just disappears. Any help would be much appreciated. :confused:

    Run msconfig and look at what programs are running at startup.
