Does anyone know if you can take one frame of a clip that is playing on wmp and export it somewhere. I really don't know much about computers and don't know if this is possible. Thanks.

from my knowledge of media player, i dont believe that is possible. However, there is a tool that would be able to do it called TMPGEnc (google it). It is a little confusing, but you can find a tutorial that will show you how to do what you need!

You can do this with Movie Maker, which comes built-in with XP. Just drag the movie into Movie Maker, play it, and you can go frame by frame (if you have the patience) and snap a picture of any frame.
