What program did you uninstall? Also is your computer using the default Windows theme, or is is customised? And what version of windows are you running?

There are several ways to make a screenshot. One way is to use the "prt sc" or print screen key. To use the key, you usually need to press the function key or alt key and then press the print screen. Once you do that, you can open Word or photoshop and paste the screenshot into the program.

Another way, and what I usually do is use irfanview's screenshot capability. Irfanview is a free image viewing program.

I got this when I uninstalled Left 4 Dead. It removes some of the system fonts, like Tahoma, Arial, etc, and so Windows switches to the italic version of those fonts, which are still avaliable.

You just need to get the fonts and put them back into your Fonts folder.

I was going to say the same thing. Your Font folder somehow got modified and you need.

Tahoma is the system font most likely affected.
