is there a way to enable vietnamese on windows xp? i don't mean allowing you to type in vietnamese but i mean like have the menus, option, taskbars translated to vietnamese? im trying to get my parent to use the comp but they don't understand english ...it's impossible to do this atm right, unless they release a vietnamese windows xp version?

What you seem to want is a LIP (Windows Language Interface Pack) Foxtrot and qhn have supplied XP links, same download ;)

It basically covers just the common UIs, there will still be some in English. For more info see http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/goglobal/bb688177.aspx
