    Just remember that it's a development environment. Don't try to use it as a real server, as in, NEVER allow it on the Internet.

    I agree. I use it on my laptop so I can run PHP and have MYSQL for Web development. I pay for web hosting and they provide all, but could you tell me why the strong caution so I know what you mean. If I ever start hosting myself I think I can get the components for free? Apache, MySQL and so on.
