With a call to HP. No one told me you should use two separate ie8 programs one for 32 bit and one for 64 bit( more for the future). Dumb question,do the other browsers adjust or is ie8 the only full 64 bit browser out?

I believe only IE offers a 64-bit web browser but in the end it doesn't really matter. If you're browser needs more than 3.2gb of ram you'll just have to decide which of the 256 tabs you want to close. And a 32bit program will run the same on 64bit system as a 32bit so don't worry about it(Other than drivers where x86/x64 can cause issues)

Only Linux have the 64 bit flash player making any 64 bit web browser on windows sort of useless. Hopefully HTML 5 will be adopted ASAP since adobe don't seen to want to move on to 64 bit. Other than that, just like nikeseven have mention, if your daily web browsing consist of 256/3.2 gb worth of tabs then don't worry about it.

There is no reason to use a 64-bit browser.
Not at this point in history, anyway.

So, what "issue" is it you had again?
