    youtube not working w/ newest version of mozilla?

    it works fine w/ internet explorer, but when I try and use mozilla, it says I have to install the missing plug in, so I do it, but it still doesnt work. wut gives?

    Are you sure that when you install the plugin its actually installs and not give you 'Installation Faild: Try manual install' ?

    Well youtube has been running real slow for me these days, taking almost 5 mins to start playing a video. Once it starts it loads as normal do. I'm running FF3 RC1

    The missing plugin is most likely Adobe Flash Player.

    You can get it on their site. But I highly recommend you try their latest beta. Seems a little more stable than the latest 9.xx series.

    I had to restart the pc after flash plugin install.

    You don`t have to restart the system, just close the browser. I did the same update (adobe flash) on my NX9420 for Mozilla and worked without any restart. *Just had to close Mozilla*

    Even after I close mozilla, it still says i have to install missing plug ins.any other ideas?

    restart computer then try.

    What version of Firefox are you using? I'm using FF3 RC1 and installed flash via Adobe's site and have had no problems with youtube.
