After I've replaced my motherboard and PSU,

    sometimes youtube repeats itself.

What I mean is , during playback of any youtube video, it could rewind the video for a few seconds by itself and continues the playback. It happens quite often and annoying

Is it a sign of hardware problem or incompatibility??

Clean Windows 10 x64 (Pro - recommended) install? Or, clone?

    Virus?

    Platform?

    Specific video - or all?

    What did you mean?

Windows 10 , Not Pro version, Authentic license, not illegal license.

Should be no virus because of I've only after clean installation for few days

It could happen to any videos, not always, but happening so often

That sounds like a Browser problem.

Then see if StormJumper is correct by trying a different browser and if that doesn't solve anything, you may want to see if the drivers you've installed are the best ones for your platform too.

Though, I can't see how wrong drivers would give you the issues you're seeing.

Have you done any deep tweaking to the clean Win10x64 install?

If you have, do another clean install without the tweaks (Win10 doesn't need any and neither has any O/S since about Win7...).
