    My girlfriend is looking for a new laptop

    she needs :

    13"
    around 2kg , better if under
    i3 2310 or i5 2410
    integrated video
    hdmi output
    dwdrw drive
    better if a nice batry life with battery in the laptop case and not going out in the back



    what i can find for her ?

    Only really the Vostro V131 is going to fit the bill, not many other choices. You could look at the x220i or standard x220 but it is 12.5" not 13.

    I think that I have heard that line before . I really miss my 1330M even if it only lasted 4 months + before it needed a new motherboard. Have you thought about going with an Alienware 11x or 14X ?

    Lenovo Thinkpad X220
    - 12.5" IPS screen (be sure to get this upgrade, it's $50, branded as the "Premium" display. Noticeably better quality than the default screen.)
    - No Optical drive, but you can get an external
    - DisplayPort - takes a $3-$6 adapter to convert to HDMI
    - 6 hours of battery with the 6-cell battery
