    You want a 130W adapter, the 90W will not allow the laptop to run at full speed...

    I don't think there is anyway the M4500 could have been purchased from Dell with a warranty that is already over... Why not just call Dell and have them replace the faulty power adapter?

    Didnt know it was covered under the warranty... I guess I will call Dell support and ask them. I bought it from a local ad side (something similar to ebay), not directly from dell thou so idk how it goes with the warranty if am not the original owner of the laptop.
