a battery that i bought is charging slower then the others i have

i bought a couple of battery for my e6410 (4 in fact lol ..... but for 72 dollars can u blame me) i am really happy about this as three of them seem to work great and have charged up to 100 percent. battery bar and other battery tools all show they all have less then 1 percent wear idk seems odd they are suppose to be used but there is one of them in the bunch that is only charging at 7000mW and says it will take 8 hours to charge the others charge in about 2 hours anyone know whats up with that
