Does anyone have any experiences with the new nVidia drivers Dell has posted? Any comments? This is for a 3700M card on an M6400.

It's the same driver for my fx1700 on m4400 - 188.40, I applied the update about a week ago. Working well for me.
I tried using the 195 drivers from the Nvidia site - and got some flakey stuff happening.. so i decided to stick with all Dell approved drivers. System is rock solid.

Yeah, I have come to appreciate the care with which Dell selects the drivers they offer. The 19x-series drivers from nVidia seem to be garbage, all of them, and I've tried quite a few. No 2D acceleration, desktop flickering, installer issues, etc., etc. I wish nVidia would get their act together before people start switching to ATI in droves....

Anyway, the new drivers Dell offers seem to include some crucial fixes, particularly for people who are using port replicators and/or external monitors, which is where I am heading soon. However, with the above experiences I have gotten extremely cautious with regards to nVidia drivers, so I am trying to get a feeling on the "word in the street". Thanks for your input!
