Any new Dell 13" coming out in the next month? (UK)

Hi all!

I'm helping my dad get a new 13" business laptop and since he already has a 2 monitor Dell set up at work, it has to be a Dell. He talked to his IT department and they said that a new laptop will come out in the next 30 days and it's better if he waits. However, I can't find any information on what this new model might be?

My requirements for his laptop are that it has to be 13" and have 128GB SSD at least with an I5 processor.

I've recommended this one for him Dell Latitude E6320 - Specifications, Reviews & More | Dell UK the Dell Latitude E6320 but I'm far from a Dell expert and the ratings don't look that great - only 3.5 stars so I'm a bit worried he won't like it.

Are there any better ones?

 

The Vostro V130 refresh (V131) is supposed to come out soon-ish... I don't think there's anything else 13" on the horizon, though.

 

E4310 or E4300? They are kinda pricey in Outlet. No new ones but Vostro line...which is a big downgrade from Latitude.

 

If available in the UK I would get the ThinkPad T420 which currently starts out at $620 and even though it's 14" it's still in the ultraportable range and the quality and price point wipes the floor with anything Dell offers in this category.

The XT3 may be out in the next month.

 

Is the XT3 going up to 13"? It should stay 12" or 12.5" to match Lenovo's X220 tablet. Though not like Dell sells that many XT/XT2..

 

Engadget had a hands on preview. Its a 13" with i5 and i7 processors.
