I'm thinking about buying mTron's SLC SSD drive (ZIF PATA).

I wanna hear from people about their experiences after installing mtron ssd. For example, how fast the iTunes program have become or how many seconds it takes to boot from hibernation.

Nominally it should be a bit faster than the Samsung RBX SLC/MLC drives, but user davepermen has said that it "feels" faster in practice. Either way, the drive should be more than fast enough for you to feel the difference between it and whatever silly 1.8" mechanically HDD you currently have.
