Anyone measuring SATA speed for E6400 etc?

    I really want to know if the SATA/eSATA/Modular Bay on E6400 are Sata 3.0Gbps. Has anyone tried them out with a SSD drive or something?

    I have, and yes it is 3.0 gbps. My Patriot Torqx 128gb SSD runs as fast in the hdd bay as the optical bay.
