This is my first post. I went ahead and and ordered my new laptop today.
Started my shopping two months ago with the intention of buying a new MacBook Pro 15". That changed in favour of the Lenovo W520, and finally the new Dell won me over.
I hope I'm not going to regret this decision.

I really want to pull the trigger on a 4600, but I can spec a 6600 better for the same price. It's a bit silly. I don't want the bigger screen, but what you get for the price is hard to ignore.

I am in the same boat I really want the 4600 for the size and portability but want the specs from the 6600 and as you mentioned it can be done for around the same price as 4600.

You can usually spec a larger laptop better for about the same price. The reason is that the components are constrained by the chassis. If you want a high-end GPU or two hard drives, it's much easier to do in a 17" machine than in a 15" one.

On topic, a lot of people have ordered the M4600, but I don't think anyone has received it yet and I haven't seen any reviews.

Weird that there's not a single professional review up yet, as those guys usually get a review sample pretty early on.

Guess we have to wait for the user reviews :)

I was going to make the purchase of this today but decided I will wait for the reviews of the people that have ordered already plus I'm curious of the mxm GPU if it is easily upgradable in the future.
