I just purchased a Panasonic Viera TC-L3X2 and I'm trying to connect my Dell Latitude D620 laptop to it. I've got the video hookup worked out, but I can't seem to figure out the audio part. I've got a cord that is a headphone jack from my laptop to the red and white audio plugs that goes into my tv. However when I play something I still get no audio from the tv. How can I fix this problem so I can watch videos from online on my new tv? Thanks.

If you plug headphones into the jack on the laptop do you hear the audio ?

Have you got things hooked up like in the picture on p.43 of yout TV's manual ?
It says to hook your audio into the Composite Terminals "video in 1" audio jacks.
    See also p.10.

Do you have "PC" selected for the TV's input ?
