    2. Updated to PSA build 4127.
    3. Enhancement on Latitude ON(TM) and Latitude On(TM) GA support.
    4. Enhanced setting of keyboard repeat rate when docking/undocking.
    5. User interface change. Show warning messages to prevent user from clearing TPM when TPM is deactivated.
    6. Updated PXE OPTROM.
    7. Updated Video BIOS to version 1989v20.
    8. Enhancement on Serial Over Lan support.
    9. Enhanced USB mouse support in BIOS setup.
    10. Enhanced the capability between Bluetooth card and NUM-Pad.

    I finally got round to updating my E4300's BIOS to A14 only a few days ago.

    I'm obsessed with keeping everything updated.

    What interests me the most about this update is the video BIOS update.

    I've done the BIOS upgrade but see no obvious changes, for better or worse.

    While the E6400's latest BIOS upgrade, which also included a video BIOS update, gave a measurable boost to the 3D graphics (according to Winsat), there's no corresponding change on my E4300.

    Maybe it is added support for the newer drivers? After I installed the newest video driver from Dell's driver page, my Winsat raised from 3.3 to 3.4.
