bluetooth not working in dell 1400

    hii all, iam having a dell vostro 1400. I installed windows vista home premium as operating system. but my bluetooth is not working, i downloaded the bluetooth software from dell drivers, but when it ask me to press fn+f2 nothing happens when i press the keys and the installation aborts. How can i activate the blutooth? it also says activate blutooth by radio on and off keys, which is these keys. pls any solution pls...........

    check your bios if your bluetooth is ON/activated
