I am so close to ordering a M6600, but neither the website nor the actual human sales person at Dell Small Business will allow me to configure it with the IPS display AND the ATI FirePro M8900.

Sadly, the Small Business sells guy had ZERO information on why I couldn't configure the IPS with the ATI card.

I have to "upgrade" to the Nvidia Quadro 3000M for $300, which, from my internet research is inferior to the the ATI FirePro M8900.

Why the forced pairing of the Nvidia cards with the IPS display ?

Is this a case of Dell just trying to force us to pay EVEN more for the IPS display or is there something inherently incompatible between the ATI FirePro M8900 and their IPS panel ?

    Thanks in advance,
