I am using biometric security at the BIOS level but just want to login to Windows via password but for some reason after configuring the Control Point software, it asks me to press CTRL + ALT + DEL before logging in, very annoying. I can't find a setting for this. Any advice?

Type "control userpasswords2" into your start menu. I have no idea if that will help for your particular case, but there's a setting under the "Advanced" tab.
