D620 BIOS reset?

    BIOS has a password on it and will not let Windows load. I bought this mobo to replace my faulty one. All I have is the motherboard no other information.

    I've read that you can reset the BIOS by shorting some pins on a chip. Where exactly is this chip located>:confused:
