    Hi,

I just bought a Dell port replicator dock used one - model PRX01X
I'm having problem with mouse connected to this dock using USB. Previously mouse was connected to laptop, now is connected to replicator dock.

I'm feeling that mouse is not working properly, my move is not smooth like before. It caused by replicator dock :(

Is there any patch/software fixing that issue?

PS: I'm using 90W power adapter.

    Thanks

You may need to download and install Dell's Notebook System Software at http://support.dell.com. Without that, the dock may not function correctly.

Try a different USB port on the dock.
Also, I can't find this dock model number using Google... is there a web page somewhere about it?

Anyway, I'm using a D630 with a Dell dock, and a mouse connected to the dock, and I have no problems with it.

What kind of mouse is it? If it's a Microsoft one, have you installed Intellipoint?

    Hi,

I did try other USB port but they are the same. My mouse is Logitech and I do have installed Logitech software already before.

Not on a D630 per se, but I've used 7 on the D620, D610, and D600 with the PR01X without any notable issues... that being said, this is an ancient thread; you should probably make a new one if you're having issues.
