    I'm trying to see if the temps I'm getting are normal for a copper shimm'd NVS 135M or if I need to reshim using thicker copper.

    Idle under Windows 7 Ultimate x64 I'm getting 59/60* C. I don't have load temps yet but it seems this should be lower as after looking around the web some people report as low as 55* C without out a copper shim but thats probably under XP which may make a difference.

    ==== EDIT ====

    Temps are now down to 49 - 54* C after I underclocked/undervolted the CPU so thats better but I'd still like to see it go lower but don't know what the norm for this GPU in the laptop is.

    I get about 130F to 140F with Arctic Silver 5 on a copper shim (which was pre-installed on my D630 and connected to the heatsink via thermal pad) and the back jacked up with a stand I made. And that's without messing around with anything at all...
