If you're good with a soldering iron, it may be worth a shot to resolder the USB port, but otherwise, you're probably looking at a motherboard replacement.

i removed the usb port but problem not solved.

"it problem started when i plugged nokia dku2 cable in usb port . suddenly laptop become off- and when i turn on it again its usb ports are not working"

If the cable shorted out something, it's probably not worth fixing...

 

I'd second this. Motherboards for the D600 are so cheap these days (Around $50 last time I checked), almost any sort of board-level fix isn't worth your time or money.

 

And also, stop spamming the boards asking for schematics and such, I doubt anyone has anything that detailed.
